Hi, I’m Kathrin Luetkhoff –

I’m passionate about helping people achieve their home buying and selling dreams, and I pride myself on delivering luxury service with heart, expertise, and integrity. With a focus on excellence and client advocacy, I make every transaction as seamless, rewarding, and stress-free as possible.

Over the years, I’ve helped countless families and investors across the Austin area buy, sell, and build wealth through real estate — resulting in millions of dollars in closed sales annually. My clients trust me not only for my market expertise but for my personalized approach, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to going above and beyond.
Growing up internationally and moving several times gives me a unique perspective in guiding both local and relocating clients with care and confidence. I have a background in engineering and project management, teaching (math and science), as well as in international business management. My personal experience in buying, selling, and investing, also allows me to offer knowledgeable advice beyond the transaction.

When I’m not negotiating contracts or touring homes, I love spending time with my husband, our two wonderful kids, and our pups, Paco & Toasty— whether traveling, exploring the Hill Country, or cheering them on at their latest activities.
