Bethany United Methodist Church has been a proud part of the West Austin community for the past 50 years. We are a true church family—children, parents, grandparents, singles, young adults, longtime members, and those who have just found their way here. Whether your roots run deep or you’re exploring faith for the first time, you’ll find a welcoming place to belong at Bethany.
Families love our thriving Kids and Student Ministries, which offer weekly Sunday School, engaging activities, and camps and retreats throughout the year. Adults also find fellowship and deepen their faith through Sunday School, Bible studies, prayer and support groups, and social gatherings. At Bethany, faith is lived out together—families serve side by side through ongoing mission opportunities both here in our local community and around the globe.
We are also proud to be home to Bethany Preschool, voted "Best Preschool" by Best of West Austin for the past two years. Our preschool reflects our commitment to nurturing children and supporting families during their earliest and most formative years.
